This is an amazing adult home. Hannah and Sophie care for their residents like they are their own parents. The home is upscale with excellent food, companionship, 24 hour care. The best I’ve ever seen!!!!

Caregivers and managers go above and beyond. The facility is clean, beds are upgraded, power chairs, and upgraded medical equipment. CCs had the proper equipment to care for my mother. Unlike most assisted living homes who quote you low and then nickel and dime you CCs is all inclusive. Extremely satisfied! Good people!

The owners at this home are amazing and wonderful people. They will always go above and beyond for the residents, and are fantastic to work with. You do not see this level of care anywhere; but here... It's outstanding! The home is also gorgeous and open!! This is the place to visit if it's time to make the transition to Assisted Living.

We currently have a loved one living at CC's and are so pleased that this "gem" of an adult care home was recommended to us! Not only is the house itself beautiful, well-maintained, fresh, clean and inviting, but CC's has quickly become "home" and "family" to our loved one. She is eating better, enjoying the delicious home-cooked meals, loves cool days on the pretty patio, is more peaceful and feels safe, is greatly benefiting from the gentle routine and structure, receives excellent medical care when needed, and thrives on the kind attention she receives from the wonderful owners and caregivers. If there were one word to describe the quality of care that CC's provides to its elderly resident family, it would be "compassionate." And for that we are so very grateful!n goes here.

Amazing care home ! Very clean. The moment you walk in the door , it feels like a home and not just a house. My mother was taken care of so well here. I would recommend anyone here if they want their loved one valued and cared for with exceptional care .

I visited this facility

the rooms are so beautiful and clean, staff are very accomodating, and compassionate to the clients. just so happen there is an entertainer violin playing so beautifully, clients are so happy and interacting with each other.

I highly recommend CC’s adult care facility for your loved ones. They took excellent care of my aunt by providing her with amazing nutritious meals, comfortable accommodations and superb care. Hannah and Sophie are amazing at what they do, the best care home on the west side. Thank you for taking such great care of my aunt!
